The PCT publication of the application for the invention of the AIP has been successfully submitted and passed

The combined results of the Institute’s AIP research in the field of information transmission are presented in the form of a complex system and a method for implementing the adaptive information potential of a person within a given topic. We have created and tested in practice an effective mechanism that can implement in practice any theoretical approach in education or the field of information transmission and use various methods of adapting the content and presentation of information to the current level of knowledge and user characteristics.

Our invention Adaptive Information Potential (AIP) has been successfully registered in the international patent system WIPO PTC.

The approach of assessment and training described in the system consists in the possibility of recognizing a separate AIP or a package of AIP in the user’s behavior when monitoring the progress of training and the appropriate organization of this behavior. New AIPs, registered based on presence or absence, change the overall content, inform the dynamics of the entire contour of the assessment and training process.

The user’s profile is filled with his cognitive data during the training process, and non-cognitive data is registered in it initially and updated when the corresponding event occurs (change of surname, religion, the appearance of new hobbies, and so on).

An array of cognitive data is continuously created as a result of tracking user behavior and, in turn, determines it in many ways, offering scenarios of a particular level of complexity that more or less correspond to an individual learning style.

The training scenarios unfold in a short period, 2-10 minutes. This is usually enough to present an AIP and assess how the user copes with the cognitive load. A binary evaluation triggers a further scenario with a more or less high cognitive load than the previous one.

The set of tests for the possession of AIP allows you to get a full assessment, an integral indicator, based on which binary oppositions are again acting for the transition to the next AIP or re-studying the material, presenting it in other forms, at a different pace, and so on.

The binary opposition ” has/does not have”, “owns/does not own” in the assessment of learning progress has deep epistemological roots. Binarism as a structuralist concept in epistemology, the science of the nature of knowledge, describes the structure of binary oppositions as native to the mind. Binary evaluation mechanisms are organically sewn into the processes of thinking, decision-making, they have a solid neurobiological basis. The same mechanism of the binary opposition “is or is not” methodologically postulates the practice of revision, inventory, evaluation of the completeness of the complete set, as well as the assessment of the ability to solve a problem, formulate a question or answer it.

About a user who is undergoing training and whose progress is recorded at every moment according to several parameters, the openness, mobility of the contour with binary opposition allows at any time to have a dynamic, maximally reliable at this moment the intellectual impression of a person, in which both individual slices and integral indicators allow making judgments of a fundamentally different accuracy than traditional diplomas and resumes, which the education and labor market is less focused on looking for more relevant solutions.

Potentially, we are talking about creating a single methodological space for training and evaluation across the entire vertical and horizontal of study and work, primarily where work and training are organically linked: corporations, universities, high school. That is, about the possibility of making the spaces of the school, university, and production company permeable and communicating, communicating in the language of shared concepts and assessments.

This means that there are solutions with a high applied value that are more in demand than others within the framework of the new industrial transition: a new quality of human capital, educational and work processes, the ability of everyone to see their objective integral profile in all the richness of opportunities, a new quality of goal setting and individual routing, a simple and smooth transition from study to work, from one place of work to another, conscious individual development and equally conscious management of human capital.

At the same time, this means the importance of creating a significant AIP content environment, that is, structuring the material of academic disciplines, as well as mapping professions, deepening expertise and training of specialists, and extensive scientific and practical research work.
